Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Senior Trust Officer to oversee a portfolio of trusts and corporate structures, ensuring full administration and regulatory compliance.

The role involves acting as the main contact for international clients, supporting new structures and day-to-day administration, and coordinating with internal teams on billing, financial statements and records. It also includes supervising junior staff and handling complex restructurings as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, private wealth or corporate services.
• Solid knowledge of trust and corporate administration.
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
• Understanding governance, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• STEP, CGI or similar qualification, or currently pursuing one, is an advantage.
