Job summary

Atlaz is seeking an experienced banking professional to structure and execute trade and working-capital financing solutions for corporate clients, focusing on receivables and supply-chain financing. The role is an individual contributor position leading client discussions, developing structures, and driving deals through negotiation, risk review, documentation and funding.

You will collaborate with sales, relationship teams, risk, legal, and product specialists to deliver tailored financing

Qualifications

• Substantial banking experience in trade finance, receivables finance, or supply-chain finance.
• Proven ability to lead corporate-client financing transactions through structuring, negotiation and execution.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills including risk mitigants.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and funding partners to close transactions.

Responsibilities

• Client advisory and opportunity development with sales and relationship teams.
• Lead financing discussions and present proposals with clear structure, terms and risks.
• Design receivables, factoring and supplier/payables financing structures.
• Coordinate with legal, risk and operations to drive deal execution and funding.
• Manage transaction milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders.
