Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is assisting a leading bank in Singapore to hire an experienced Structured Finance professional to support origination, structuring and execution of complex financing solutions for corporate clients.

You will analyse financing requirements, develop tailored structures, conduct financial modelling, and coordinate due diligence with stakeholders to deliver funded transactions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in structured finance, project finance, corporate banking, investment banking or a related field.
• Strong understanding of structured financing techniques, credit analysis and financial modelling.
• Demonstrated experience in originating, structuring and/or executing complex financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute structured finance transactions across sectors and asset classes.
• Analyse client financing requirements and develop tailored financing structures to meet funding and strategic objectives.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit assessment and transaction modelling, including cash flow, scenarios and sensitivities.
• Evaluate transaction risks across credit, structural, legal, market and liquidity dimensions.
• Prepare credit proposals and financial models for internal approval and client discussions.
• Lead or support negotiations on pricing, tenor, covenants and protections.
• Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution with legal counsel, rating agencies and advisers.
• Work with Relationship Managers, Credit, Treasury, Risk and product teams to structure and execute transactions.
• Manage transactions from origination through closing and post-transaction monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and financial institutions.

Job Summary

Our client, a leading bank is seeking an experienced Structured Finance professional to support the origination, structuring and execution of complex financing solutions for corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute structured finance transactions across various sectors and asset classes.
• Analyse client financing requirements and develop tailored financing structures to meet their funding and strategic objectives.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit assessment and transaction modelling, including cash flow analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Evaluate transaction risks across credit, structural, legal, market, liquidity and operational dimensions.
• Prepare credit proposals, transaction papers, financial models and presentations for internal approval and client discussions.
• Lead or support negotiations on key commercial and financing terms, including pricing, tenor, covenants, security and structural protections.
• Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution with legal counsel, rating agencies, advisers and other external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit, Treasury, Risk, Legal and other product teams to structure and execute transactions.
• Manage transactions from origination and mandate through documentation, closing and post-transaction monitoring.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, financial institutions, investors and other market participants.
• Monitor existing transactions and assess portfolio performance, covenant compliance and emerging risks.
• Keep abreast of market developments, regulatory changes and innovative financing structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in structured finance, project finance, corporate banking, investment banking, leveraged finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of structured financing techniques, credit analysis and financial modelling.
• Demonstrated experience in originating, structuring and/or executing complex financing transactions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex cash flows, transaction structures and risk considerations.
• Good understanding of loan documentation, security structures and financing terms.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Regional or cross-border transaction experience would be an advantage.
