Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Documentation Executive (Import & Export / Trade) to manage end-to-end documentation and LC/UCP 600 compliance.

You will liaise with banks, shipping lines and freight forwarders on LC handling, coordinate with global offices, and maintain accurate trackers in Excel. A Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of hands-on import/export documentation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on import/export documentation experience.
• Experience coordinating with banks on LC and with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Strong knowledge of LC, UCP 600, and international trade documentation.
• Proficient in Excel and maintaining multiple trackers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage end-to-end import/export documentation.
• Review LC terms and ensure LC compliance with UCP 600.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Liaise with banks on LC issuance, amendments and negotiations.
• Collaborate with global offices to coordinate shipments and timelines.
