Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Import/Export Documentation Specialist to manage end-to-end documentation such as LCs, BLs, COOs, invoices, packing lists and contracts. You will ensure LC compliance and liaise with banks, shipping lines and global offices to coordinate shipments and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in trade documentation, strong LC/UCP 600 knowledge, and proficient Excel skills to maintain multiple trackers and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in import/export documentation and LC basics.
• Experience coordinating with banks, shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Strong knowledge of LC terms, UCP 600 and trade docs.
• Proficient with Excel and maintaining trackers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage end-to-end import/export documentation (LC, BL, COO, invoices, packing lists, contracts).
• Review LC terms and ensure compliance with LC requirements and UCP 600.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders and agents on bookings and schedules.
• Coordinate LC issuance, amendments, document presentation and negotiations with banks.
• Coordinate with global offices to align shipment arrangements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate shipment, documentation and payment trackers and resolve discrepancies.
• Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as directed by the Director.
