The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Documentation Executive (Import & Export / Trade) to oversee end-to-end documentation including Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin and related documents.

Located in Central Singapore near Tanjong Pagar MRT, the role offers a monthly salary of SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000. You will review LC terms, liaise with banks and shipping lines, coordinate with global offices, and maintain trackers to ensure timely processing of shipments and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on import/export documentation experience, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists.
• Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC), UCP 600 and international trade documentation; proficient in Excel and maintaining trackers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and manage end-to-end import and export documentation (LC, BL, COO, Phytosanitary Certificates, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Sales Contracts).
• Review LC terms and ensure documents comply with LC requirements and UCP 600 to minimise discrepancies.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders and agents on bookings, BL drafts, amendments and schedules.
• Coordinate with banks on LC issuance, amendments, presentation and negotiations.
• Collaborate with global offices (including India) to coordinate shipment arrangements and timelines.
• Maintain accurate shipment, documentation and payment tracking records; follow up on outstanding documents and discrepancies.
