Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled import/export documentation specialist to manage end-to-end trade paperwork and LC-related processes.

You will review LC terms, coordinate with banks and freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with UCP 600 while supporting global shipment activities. Based in Singapore, this role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in trade documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in import/export documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and UCP 600; ability to review terms.
• Experience coordinating with banks, shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage end-to-end import/export documentation (LC, BL, COO, Phytosanitary Certificates, Invoices, Packing Lists, Sales Contracts).
• Review LC terms and ensure documents comply with LC requirements and UCP 600 to minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders on LC issuance, amendments and schedules.
• Liaise with global offices to coordinate shipment arrangements, timelines and documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipment and payment tracking records and resolve discrepancies.
• Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Director.
