Micron Technology, Inc. invites applications for an Advanced Thin Films PD Engineer in Singapore. You will develop Plasma-CVD or Diffusion processes for NAND flash devices, design experiments, and transfer processes to manufacturing.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional weekend work to support R&D Pilot Line are expected. The role requires a PhD or BS/MS with 5+ years experience, strong data analysis, and familiarity with plasma physics and CVD/Diffusion concepts.

Qualifications

• PhD or BS/MS with 5+ years industry/research experience.
• Strong understanding of transport phenomena, electromagnetics, surface phenomena.
• Solid troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
• Plasma physics background and plasma-CVD knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of CVD and diffusion processing principles.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver process packages to meet product specs and program targets.
• Characterize processes with SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, AFM, and related techniques.
• Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, present results.
• Support R&D Pilot Line and improve fab process maturity and capability.
• Develop recipes to meet structural and electrical requirements.
• Manage wafers through Thin Film levels for special requirements.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Metrology, and Manufacturing.
