Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer to develop Plasma-CVD and diffusion processes for NAND Flash technologies.

You will drive process development from concept through pilot line implementation and collaborate across DI, Metrology, Yield, Manufacturing, and equipment teams. The role requires strong research background, hands-on process characterization, and the ability to work independently or with peers.

Qualifications

• PhD or Bachelor/Masters with 5+ years in CVD/Diffusion.
• Strong understanding of transport phenomena, electromagnetics and surface phenomena.
• Experience in data analysis and troubleshooting in an R&D setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Plasma-CVD or diffusion processes to meet specs.
• Characterize processes using SEM/TEM/XPS/SIMS/AFM and report results.
• Lead R&D pilot line activities, drive process maturity and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer processes to Fab.
