Job summary

Micron Technology, Singapore, invites applications for an Advanced Thin Films PD Engineer within the Technology Development group. You will work on Plasma-CVD and diffusion process development for NAND Flash products, from concept to implementation in the Fab.

The role includes design, experimentation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and yield teams. The position requires strong lab skills, ability to work independently, and occasional weekend or travel

Qualifications

• PhD in relevant fields or BS/MS with 5+ years experience may substitute for a PhD.
• Experience with Plasma-CVD or diffusion processes.
• Strong data analysis and experimental design skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of SPC and process control.
• Understanding of semiconductor processing principles.

Responsibilities

• Process Development and deliver process packages meeting product specifications.
• Characterize processes using SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, AFM, etc.
• Design and execute experiments and analyze data for presentations.
• Pilot Line activities in Fab and transfer to production.
• Improve process maturity and sustain processes under ownership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop arrays and CMOS structures.
