Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Advanced Thin Films PD Engineer to drive Plasma-CVD and diffusion process development for NAND flash products.

You will design experiments, characterize films, and lead process transfer to manufacturing, working with cross-functional teams. The role requires R&D mindset, ability to work independently or in teams, and willingness to travel. Weekend support for pilot lines may be needed to handle excursions and critical lots across

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in related fields; BS/MS with 5+ years in industry or research may substitute.
• Strong troubleshooting and experimental design skills.
• Solid understanding of plasma CVD and diffusion deposition principles.
• Proficient data analysis and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Plasma-CVD and Diffusion processes to meet product specifications.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and present results in appropriate forums.
• Transfer processes to manufacturing facilities and ensure robust implementations.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Metrology, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support pilot lines and drive process improvements; assist AI-enabled tools integration.
