Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with ≥3 years, or Bachelor’s with ≥5 years in a related field.
• Experience in thin film deposition and characterization; R&D readiness.
• DOE/SPC basics; data analysis and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and characterize thin film processes (CVD/Diffusion).
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate results.
• Perform film characterization and correlate results to process outcomes.
• Support process transfer and pilot line execution; maintain documentation.
