Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver plasma-CVD or diffusion process packages.
• Characterize processes using SEM/TEM/XPS/SIMS/AFM.
• Lead R&D pilots and transfer to fabrication.
• Collaborate with Process Integration, Metrology, and Yield teams.
