Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Engineer to join the Plasma-CVD/Diffusion PD team. You will design, develop, and optimize plasma CVD and diffusion processes for advanced NAND flash products, working with cross-functional groups to ensure robust thin film technologies.

The role requires hands-on process development, experimentation, data analysis, and potential travel. PhD or BS/MS with relevant experience will be considered; strong scripting and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

PhD in a physical sciences or engineering field required.
Solid troubleshooting and experimental design skills.
Experience with plasma CVD or diffusion processing is preferred.
Strong data analysis and scripting abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver plasma CVD/diffusion process packages to meet specs.
Characterize processes using SEM, TEM, XPS, SIMS, AFM, etc.
Plan and run experiments, analyze data, present findings.
Support R&D Pilot Line and transfer to fab, improve maturity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Process Integration and Metrology.
Travel domestically or internationally as needed.
