Job summary

Skyworks Global Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced semiconductor process/test engineer to design and optimize wafer-level final test processes for RF filter products. You will work with global teams to ensure robust, scalable test methodologies across multiple manufacturing sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with ATE, probe cards, and wafer-level test platforms, plus a proven track record in yield improvement, SPC, and failure analysis. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process/test engineering, with a focus on wafer-level testing.
• Strong expertise in RF filter technologies (BAW & SAW).
• Hands-on experience with ATE, probe cards, and wafer-level test platforms.
• Proven track record in yield improvement, SPC, and failure analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
