Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and optimize wafer‑level final test processes for filter products.
• Support high‑volume manufacturing by ensuring robust and scalable test processes.
• Implement advanced test methodologies to improve accuracy, throughput, and yield.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield and reliability issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven analysis.
• Monitor process performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet production targets.
• Partner with global teams to transfer and sustain processes across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor process/test engineering, with a focus on wafer‑level testing.
• Strong expertise in RF filter technologies (BAW & SAW).
• Hands‑on experience with automated test equipment (ATE), probe cards, and wafer‑level test platforms.
• Proven track record in yield improvement, statistical process control (SPC), and failure analysis.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
