Job summary

SKYWORKS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an NPI/Process Integration Engineer to drive RF filter product introductions from prototyping to launch. The role collaborates with development and process engineering, runs DOEs, and leads TRB reviews to ensure on-time delivery and target yield and quality.

Fresh graduates welcome with at least 1 year in NPI or related engineering roles in semiconductors or electronics. Proficiency in MS Office, JMP, and Agile is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• At least 1 year of NPI/Process Integration/Product Engineer experience in semiconductor or electronics.
• Experience in AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, backgrinding and dicing.
• Deep understanding of semiconductors or RF acoustic devices.
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and 7 QC tools.
• Strong problem-solving: 8D, fishbone, and related methods.
• Programming, macros, and scripting (desirable).
• Proficient in MS Office, JMP, and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring prototyping inline CpK and defectivity meeting the target
• Achieve NPI department KPI’s on-time delivery by meeting Product Yield, Quality and Cycle Time Target

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’sDegree orMaster'sin Electrical, Mechanical, Material, and Chemical Engineering or other science fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience as NPI, Process Integration, or Product Engineer in the semiconductor or electronics industry (is desirable).
• Process semiconductor experience in AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, backgrinding, and dicing.
• Deep understanding of either semiconductors and/or RF acoustic devices.
• Knowledge of FMEA, Statistical process control, and 7 QC tools.
• Strong problem solving skills: 8D, Fishbone diagram, and others
• Programming, macro, and scripting creation (is desirable).

• A proven track record as a team player on an engineering team, preferably with experience functioning effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic engineering environment.
