AAC Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Test Engineer to design and optimize test structures and automate wafer-level electrical testing.
You will perform DC/AC/RF characterization and collaborate with Process Integration and Product Engineering to drive device performance and yield. The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor electrical testing, solid device physics knowledge, and hands-on experience with Keysight/Keithley equipment and wafer probing systems.
Design electrical test structures, kerf layouts, and scribe-line test vehicles for wafer process monitoring.
Perform electrical characterization, including DC/AC parametric testing and RF measurements using automated wafer probe stations.
Develop, integrate, and optimize automated electrical test hardware and equipment, including Source Measure Units (SMUs), oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
Analyze electrical test data to identify process variations, improve product yield, and enhance device performance.
Support failure analysis by investigating electrical defects such as shorts, opens, and leakage issues.
Collaborate with Process Integration, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve product and manufacturing goals.
Prepare and submit Bills of Materials (BOM) for development projects.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least5 years of relevant experiencein semiconductor electrical testing, wafer characterization, or device engineering.
Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, including MOSFETs, diodes, passive devices, leakage mechanisms, threshold voltage, and reliability concepts (HCI, BTI).
Hands-on experience with semiconductor test equipment such asKeysight, Keithley, or equivalent parametric testers and wafer probing systems.
Experience with PCB layout and design tools such asAltium Designer, PADS, Cadence Virtuoso, KLayout, or similar software.
Experience withAutomated Test Equipment (ATE)and wafer sort testing is an advantage.
Knowledge ofStatistical Process Control (SPC)and data analysis tools such asJMP, Minitab, or Spotfireis preferred.
