Job summary

ASE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned leader to guide a team of Test/Product Engineers in delivering technical solutions for yield improvement, device offload, and test program development/validation.

You will oversee setup/hardware correlation, qualification activities, and drive system algorithm optimization and analytics. Engage with customers to manage cross-functional projects and lead continuous improvement in Test Operations/QA.

Qualifications

• Degree in any engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years of team management experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment / semiconductor industry.
• Strong data analytics and coding skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
