Job summary

Skyworks Global PTE. LTD. seeks a capable engineer to drive Final Inspection (FI) and RF/DC wafer testing. You will maintain FI performance and push enhancements in quality, yield and reliability.

You will also create and update SOPs and WI, lead OCAP activities, and spearhead continuous improvement projects to cut costs and reduce yield loss. Strong leadership, detail orientation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Preferably 3 years of semiconductor testing experience.
• Experience in wafer level e-Test is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Meticulous, organized with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Final Inspection (FI) process – RF/DC testing of wafers.
• Maintain FI performance and drive quality, yield, and reliability improvements.
• Create or maintain SOPs, Work Instructions (WI) and OCAP.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and yield loss.
• Establish procedures, corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Analyze low yield or testing issues and feedback to the process teams.
• Support operations and upskill technicians.
• Provide after-hours support to resolve testing issues.

Job Description

• Responsible for Final Inspection (FI) process – RF/DC testing of wafer


• Responsible for maintaining FI performance and to improve process quality, yield, and reliability


• Responsible for creating or maintaining current Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)


• Spearhead continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and yield loss


• Establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions


• Analyse low yield or testing issue and feedback to relevant process


• Provide support to improve operations team and technician skillset


• Provide support to operations team and technician during non-office hours to resolve any testing related issue

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or any other engineering discipline


• Preferably 3 years of experience in testing in semiconductor manufacturing


• Experience in working on wafer level e-Test will be an added advantage


• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Possess a positive attitude and sense of urgency


• Meticulous, keen attention to details and organized


• Proficient in computing languages and statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP)
