Responsabilités

• Direct tender activities and allocate responsibilities to ensure timely and complete submissions.
• Establish tender preparation plans, review submission requirements, and monitor progress through the cycle.
• Analyse tender specs, drawings, BOQ, and terms to assess scope, compliance and commercial exposure.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, QS, procurement and operations teams to develop proposals.
• Evaluate project costs, establish pricing structures, and prepare budgets and submissions.
• Assess subcontractor/supplier quotes and identify cost-optimisation opportunities.
• Evaluate feasibility, contractual risks and variations affecting profitability.
• Engage with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify requirements.
• Review pricing, exclusions, and commercial conditions prior to submission.
• Prepare tender assessment reports and present recommendations on pricing and risk.
• Maintain tender databases and commercial documentation for future planning.
• Coordinate post-tender discussions, negotiations and handover after awards.
