Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Tendering Lead in civil engineering to drive the preparation and submission of infrastructure tenders.

You will coordinate with internal teams, review technical and commercial documents, and guide pricing strategies to win bids. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in civil engineering or related fields and at least 5 years of tendering experience, with preference for LTA or infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting civil engineering and infrastructure tenders.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, pricing, BOQ reviews, and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on tender requirements.
Assess project risks, contractual obligations, and commercial considerations.
Monitor tender progress, deadlines, and submission compliance.
Provide tender evaluations and pricing recommendations to management.
Maintain tender records and support negotiations and project handovers.
