Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting for a Lead Tendering professional to steer the preparation and submission of civil engineering and infrastructure tenders.

You will oversee cost estimation, pricing, and BOQ reviews while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliant and competitive bids. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in tendering, with leadership experience and familiarity with LTA or infrastructure tenders considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience leading or managing a tendering team.
• LTA or infrastructure tender experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting civil engineering and infrastructure tenders.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, pricing, BOQ reviews, and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on tender requirements.
• Assess project risks, contractual obligations, and commercial considerations.
• Monitor tender progress, deadlines, and submission compliance.
• Provide tender evaluations and pricing recommendations to management.
• Maintain tender records and support negotiations and project handovers.
