WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior tendering leader to drive civil engineering and infrastructure bids in Singapore. You will lead a tendering team, review documents, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure successful submissions.

The role emphasizes cost estimation, budgeting, pricing, BOQ reviews, and risk assessment, with a focus on timely tender delivery and accurate commercial evaluations for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant tendering experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience leading or managing a tendering team.
• LTA or infrastructure tender experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting civil engineering and infrastructure tenders.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, pricing, BOQ reviews, and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on tender requirements.
• Assess project risks, contractual obligations, and commercial considerations.
• Monitor tender progress, deadlines, and submission compliance.
• Provide tender evaluations and pricing recommendations to management.
• Maintain tender records and support negotiations and project handovers.
