Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Lead Tendering professional to head the tendering team for civil engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely submissions and competitive pricing.

You will review documents, coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders, and drive cost estimation, risk assessment, and pricing strategies. A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 5+ years of tendering experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience leading or managing a tendering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting civil engineering and infrastructure tenders.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, pricing, BOQ reviews, and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on tender requirements.
• Assess project risks, contractual obligations, and commercial considerations.
• Monitor tender progress, deadlines, and submission compliance.
• Provide tender evaluations and pricing recommendations to management.
• Maintain tender records and support negotiations and project handovers.
