Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and estimate budgets and timescales.
• Prepare tender documents.
• Ensure project compliance with Tender/Contract.
• Lead QS team in quantities, cost estimation, and tendering.
• Monitor project costs and progress payments.
• Coordinate with consultants/contractors on contractual matters; attend site meetings.
