Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveying professional to lead the cost and contracts team across development and project works. The role focuses on cost planning, budgeting, valuations, value engineering and contract administration.

You will review tender documents, manage tender processes and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and submissions, while safeguarding commercial terms and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost management and contracts administration.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, cost planning, contract law, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Good leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost and contracts team across development and project works.
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, estimates and value engineering exercises.
• Review tender documents, pricing schedules and contract-related submissions.
• Manage tender processes, evaluations, clarifications and award recommendations.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal project teams on cost and contract matters.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, disputes and final accounts.
• Ensure proper contract administration and compliance with agreed commercial terms.
• Guide the team, improve work processes and ensure timely delivery of reports and submissions.
