Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our cost-control and tendering team in Singapore. The role involves cost estimation, tender preparation, subcontractor quotations, and contract administration across multiple project sites.

You will prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate progress certification. Diploma/Degree in QS and 1–2 years' experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation and evaluation, including cost comparisons and pricing summaries.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in negotiations.
• Prepare and administer tender and contract documents.
• Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor/supplier payments and final accounts.
• Evaluate and certify progress work done and handle contract administration for variations.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts and payment settlements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure timely completion of QS matters.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
