Job summary

CAPEFront Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced QS Manager (Tender) to lead tendering and pre-contract quantity surveying activities for medium to large-scale construction projects. You will oversee cost estimation, value engineering, procurement, and commercial management to support project teams.

The role requires 10–15 years of relevant QS experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ relevant QS experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience in tendering and pre/post-contract management.
• Experience in foundation and RC structural works for medium to large-scale projects.
• Good knowledge of cost estimation, procurement and contract administration.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills.

About the Role
