Job summary

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead and coordinate field technical services across Asia. You will support the Sales team with technical input, prepare costs for tenders, and deliver training to employees, customers and distributors.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage the technical service team, ensure safe and compliant field interventions, monitor KPIs, and optimise spare parts inventory while identifying cost-saving supplier

Qualifications

Requires diploma or degree in chemistry, chemical/ mechanical engineering or related technical field.
Experience in technical services, maintenance or hygiene industries is preferred.
Experience managing or coordinating technicians is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate field technical services and ensure safe, effective interventions.
Provide technical support to Sales during visits, trials and discussions.
Oversee spare parts inventory and cost control for tenders/projects.
Develop and deliver technical training for staff, customers and partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Laboratory, Production and QSE teams for cross-functional projects.
