Job summary

The role owns the technical strategy, customer satisfaction, and profitability of field service operations. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years of field service or related customer-facing technical experience, with 3-5 years in management leading engineers or technical staff, and hands-on experience with mechanical and high-complexity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-12 years of field service, technical service, customer support, or related customer-facing technical roles (on Jurong Island).
• 3-5 years in a management role leading teams of engineers or technical staff.
• Experience with mechanical equipment and high-complexity industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams to perform equipment servicing, preventive maintenance programs, and provide 24/7 breakdown support to ensure operational reliability.
• Plan and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project deployments to meet quality and timeline objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety (WSH/HSE) requirements and local regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate seamless project and site execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage customer accounts operationally to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate effectively with customers and executives to manage complex escalations and drive customer success.
• Lead financial management activities including P&L oversight and budgeting to support business profitability.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align project goals and technical requirements.
