Job summary

Gleave Partnership seeks a Programme Manager to provide program and project services to the Lead Client TPM for the Data Center Product Development Insertion (PDI) organization in Singapore. • Preferably with Civil, Structural and Architectural background.
• Experience in program and project management for technical programs.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program and Project services to the Lead Client TPM, delivering day-to-day outputs for the Client Data Center Product Development Insertion (PDI) organization.
• Coordinate Product Development meetings and prepare notes, actions, RFI and risk tracking; create presentations, reports and documentation per format with the Product Development Team.
• Act as Change Policy Process Owner (bug coordination, content packaging) and manage Product Documentation in AODocs and related systems.
• Track product development issues in spreadsheets and systems; collaborate with Lead Client TPM to compile status updates for products.
• Inform Lead Client TPM of risks uncovered in the portfolio; monitor delivery milestones and drive governance with the TPM.
• Support onboarding of engineering teams and update Purchase Order tracking as needed; review funding submissions and invoices against contracts.
• Deliver weekly and quarterly program reporting; conduct weekly meetings with client to monitor progress and drive performance status reporting.
• Communicate and maintain the project charter focus throughout the lifecycle; support cash flow updates, cost management and risk management in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
