Job summary

Based onsite in the Singapore area, you will report to a Senior TPM Leader and own strategy, governance, and execution for complex programs spanning multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Lead cross-functional programs and manage delivery roadmaps with tech and product leaders.
• Drive data-driven process improvements and scalable execution.
• Own and communicate milestones, risks, and dependencies across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of key initiatives by leading roadmap planning and prioritization with cross-functional leaders.
• Facilitate technical discussions to troubleshoot implementation details and remove blockers.
• Coordinate alignment between technology and business stakeholders; report progress against milestones.
• Identify and implement improvements in delivery practices to accelerate responsiveness.
• Develop long-term planning frameworks and roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
