GLEAVE PARTNERSHIP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Programme Manager to provide program and project services to the Lead Client Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Client Data Center Product Development Insertion organization.

The role covers coordinating meetings, tracking risks, managing documentation in AODocs, and delivering status updates throughout the project lifecycle. You will handle contracts from conception to execution, review funding submissions, and monitor invoices for

Qualifications

• Preferably with Civil, Structural and Architectural Background.
• Experience in program and project services for large client portfolios is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and track risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project services to Lead Client TPM with day-to-day deliverables from conception to execution.
• Review and track funding submissions, contracts, and invoices for alignment with contracts.
• Coordinate weekly and quarterly reporting, status updates, and governance deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and team communications across multiple pillars.
• Lead documentation and reporting initiatives, including flash reports and work plans.
