Job summary

Gleave Partnership seeks an Electrical Technical Programme Manager to lead the design, delivery and commissioning of next‑generation data centre electrical systems in Singapore. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage external vendors, and drive the full lifecycle from concept to operation, applying robust design standards and automation to shorten design cycles.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit in large‑scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven programme management experience in electrical systems, infra, or large-scale construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical design, commissioning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support development of next-generation electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies into product development.
• Produce system-level concepts, schematic designs and detailed electrical docs.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders on programme-level deliverables and commissioning activities.
• Manage external vendors providing design and construction services across the product lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including statements of work, reports, design docs, cost analyses, budgets, schedules and commissioning plans.
• Coordinate and consolidate design documentation across disciplines for large-scale data centre builds.
• Review design drawings and Revit models for accuracy, milestones and coordination.
