Job summary

GRiT partners with a leading Singapore-based digital services organisation undergoing a major technology and customer experience transformation. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Technical Program Management leader to shape delivery practices across multiple digital product domains.

The successful candidate will lead a team of TPMs and act as a key bridge between technology, product, architecture, and business leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology delivery or digital transformation.
• 5+ years leading TPMs, project managers, delivery managers, or programme teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital platforms or customer-facing applications.
• Background in fintech, payments, digital services, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, release planning and governance.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders across engineering, product, business, and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Technical Program Managers across multiple digital product domains.
• Establish consistent delivery practices across agile squads, engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Drive programme-level coordination across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, timelines and releases.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture and business leaders to align priorities and delivery outcomes.
• Improve delivery predictability through governance, delivery health tracking, metrics, reporting and escalation mechanisms.
• Oversee delivery performance across squads, including sprint cadence, backlog quality, release readiness, and cross-team alignment.
• Promote ownership, transparency, continuous improvement and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Represent the delivery function in senior leadership forums, transformation reviews and enterprise-wide planning discussions.
• Build and improve playbooks, delivery frameworks, and ways of working across the TPM community.
