Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives and IT systems. You will manage scope, schedule and cost, coordinate stakeholders across technical and business domains, and drive agile delivery with Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement.

The role requires five or more years in project/programme management, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex IT solutions from planning to operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in CS/IT/Engineering with at least five years in project/programme management.
• Experience in IT delivery, product delivery, or equivalent roles.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master is a plus.
• PM certifications such as CIPTM, COMIT or PMP are advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives and IT systems across lifecycle.
• Develop integrated delivery plans covering scope, schedule, cost and resources.
• Manage delivery governance, reporting, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives with teams.
• Ensure timely decisions, escalation and post-implementation review across projects.
