The role demands deep SDLC experience in Waterfall and Agile, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field; 15+ years in banking/finance tech, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Extensive system development experience with functional/technical specs and hands-on work.
• Deep SDLC knowledge with Waterfall and Agile experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of PMs across applications, ensuring program execution and budgets.
• Oversee budget management, provide status reports on milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Establish governance and executive communication; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with IT partners to support innovation and MVP deployment, testing, and validation.
