You will lead delivery engagements from vision definition to pixel-perfect design before launch, collaborating with engineers, designers, and clients to take initiatives through production.

The ideal candidate has strong business sense and IT domain knowledge, with a track record of delivering software projects and guiding multi-stakeholder teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in software projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate across multiple groups.
• Strong business acumen with IT domain understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, with resource planning and timeline synchronization.
• Interface with senior client stakeholders, manage expectations, and align objectives with business goals.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, manage sprints, and drive team velocity to meet milestones.
• Standardize project documentation, plans, and status reports for clear progress communication.
• Drive requirements workshops and translate business needs into user stories and specs.
• Participate in high-level strategic decisions to align product direction with market needs.
