Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma and has 5–6 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in IT project management. Banking/financial services exposure and mentoring skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with 5–6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in IT project management.
• Banking/financial services exposure preferred to enhance domain understanding and project relevance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress by tracking deliverables, ensuring operational efficiency, and enforcing documentation standards.
• Manage and oversee banking-related systems (Cheque Clearing System and Regional Banking solutions) to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align project goals and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and external parties to ensure timely delivery and quality of services and products.
• Lead system implementation, testing, and migration activities to support seamless technology transitions.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure smooth project operations and successful delivery.
