Job summary

Avatar Modern Technologies Services PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Technical Delivery Manager to lead the technical delivery of business solutions and new system capabilities.

You will plan deliverables, coordinate across teams, manage risks, and ensure security and standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in IT delivery within global/regional contexts, and familiarity with banking domain projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total IT delivery experience across global/regional settings.
• 5+ years leading IT delivery teams.
• Experience communicating with technical stakeholders.
• Experience in banking industry and large-scale applications.
• Experience in systems development, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan technical deliverables (enhancements and upgrades) to meet requirements on time and with quality.
• Coordinate across application teams to manage technical dependencies.
• Monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery.
• Provide status updates on technical delivery to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with System Analysts to finalize functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure solution design aligns with enterprise principles, security, and standards.
• Support SIT/UAT and performance testing with quality results.
• Coordinate production cutovers and post-implementation support across teams.
