Red Hat in Singapore seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager to provide proactive technical engagement for OpenShift and Middleware, building high-value relationships and tailoring support across the Red Hat portfolio.

You will conduct technical reviews, develop TAM Engagement Plans, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Global Support Services to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline is required.
• Fluent reading and writing in English required.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise customers with proactive, relationship-based support.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker cluster management is necessary.
• Understanding of RHOCP Architecture and installations (OpenShift) is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts and DevOps environments is required.
• Experience with Red Hat Middleware portfolio is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Gitops ArgoCD, ACS, ACM is advantageous.
• RHCE or related certification is a plus.
• Experience with automation frameworks like Ansible is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues.
• Develop and support implementation of solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Understand customer infrastructures, processes, and offerings.
• Respond to online and phone support requests and manage customer cases.
• Develop and maintain a TAM Engagement Plan to guide engagements and demonstrate value.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through the adoption lifecycle of offerings.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Global Support Services, Sales & Services to resolve issues.
• Contribute to best practices and internal training materials.
• Travel to visit customers, partners, conferences, and events as needed.
