RED HAT ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Technical Account Manager to provide proactive technical engagement for OpenShift Container Platform and Middleware. You will cultivate high-value relationships, tailor support to customer environments, and advocate on their behalf.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline (CS or Engineering).
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to manage and grow enterprise customers with proactive, relationship-based support.
Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker cluster management.
Understanding of RHOCP architecture and installations.
Experience in CI/CD concepts and DevOps environments.
Experience with Red Hat Middleware portfolio.
Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, GitOps (ArgoCD), ACS, ACM.
RHCE or relevant certification is a plus.
Upstream involvement in open source projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues.
Develop and support the implementation of solutions for complex technical challenges.
Understand customers' technical infrastructures, hardware, processes, and offerings.
Perform investigations and respond to online and phone support requests.
Manage customer cases and maintain clear case documentation.
Develop and maintain a TAM Engagement Plan guiding engagement activities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through the adoption lifecycle of offerings.
Engage with Red Hat field teams and customers for a positive product/tech experience.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Global Support Services, Sales & Services to debug and resolve issues.
Contribute to best practices and internal training materials.
Capture product capabilities and identify gaps related to customer use cases.
Mentor team members and participate in internal projects and initiatives.
Travel to visit customers, partners, conferences, and events as needed.
