Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to provide proactive technical engagement for OpenShift and Middleware portfolios. You will build high-value customer relationships, tailor advisory support, and coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps, plus a customer-centric approach. Travel to meet customers and partners as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline is required.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise customers with proactive, relationship-based support.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) or Kubernetes/Docker cluster management.
• Understanding of RHOCP architecture and installations.
• Troubleshooting RHOCP and data/log collection.
• CI/CD concepts and DevOps experience.
• Experience with Red Hat Middleware portfolio.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ArgoCD, ACS, ACM is a plus.
• RHCE or related certification is a plus.
• Ansible Automation Platform experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and prevent issues.
• Develop and support implementation of solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Understand customers’ technical infrastructures and offerings.
• Investigate and respond to online and phone support requests.
• Manage customer cases and document them clearly.
• Develop TAM Engagement Plan to guide activities and demonstrate value.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction across adoption lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, Support Services, Sales to debug and resolve issues.
• Contribute to best practices and internal training materials.
• Capture product capabilities and gaps related to customer use cases.
