Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for a strategic Singapore public sector customer. You will own escalations, provide proactive cybersecurity guidance, and lead service reviews with customer stakeholders.

You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery, maintain security posture, and deliver executive-level updates and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, Professional Services, or Senior Technical Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, SIEM, and Enterprise Security Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Technical Account Manager and primary technical point of contact for the customer.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with technical teams, management, and key stakeholders.
• Provide proactive support and strategic guidance for enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Act as the bridge between the customer, partners, and internal support teams.
• Lead technical discussions, service reviews, and operational meetings.
• Coordinate and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.
• Identify risks, recommend improvements, and help maintain a strong security posture.
• Develop a deep understanding of the customers environment, security requirements, and operational objectives.
• Monitor service performance and ensure support commitments are met.
• Prepare technical and executive-level reports, updates, and recommendations.
