Ingram Micro Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to implement and support SIEM/SOC focused solutions. You will install and configure security stacks, develop playbooks, and deliver demos to customers, while engaging in consultative discussions to map business needs to technical requirements.

You will lead presales and architecture efforts, prepare SOWs, and perform remote/onsite troubleshooting.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security solutions.
• 3+ years in SIEM/SOC implementation/consulting.
• 2+ years in Endpoint/EDR implementation/consulting.
• Experience with enterprise-level PAM, EDR and SIEM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM/SOC and Endpoint/EDR domains.

Aufgaben

• Implement and operate cyber security solutions with focus on SIEM/SOC.
• Install and configure security stacks from major vendors.
• Generate quality project documentation and use cases/playbooks.
• Deliver solution demos and proofs of concept to customers.
• Lead client meetings to discover processes and gather requirements.
• Provide presales and architectural support including Statements of Work.
• Troubleshoot security solutions remotely and onsite.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to operations teams.
• Develop scripts for security solution integration (nice-to-have).
• Possibly develop code in Java, C#, Python (nice-to-have).
• Collaborate with vendor engineering to resolve issues.
• Support security solutions under consulting managed programs.
