Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Advisor to support a high-performing technology sales organization in Singapore. The role partners with sales teams to manage quotes, orders, vendor engagement, and sales support, ensuring excellent service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include handling quotes, order processing, pricing support, and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Sales Operations/Support/Commercial Operations experience in tech.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
• Strong knowledge of quote-to-order processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotes, order processing and order tracking.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts.
• Support pricing, product configuration and sales operations.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities to increase deal value through attachments.
• Provide reports and updates to key stakeholders.
• Support account planning and operational initiatives.
• Mentor and assist junior team members as needed.
