Job summary

Key responsibilities include handling quotes, order processing, pricing support, and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Sales Operations/Support/Commercial Operations experience in tech.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
• Strong knowledge of quote-to-order processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
