Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to build client partnerships and connect technology professionals with permanent career opportunities. You will develop market expertise across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and enterprise applications, while delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

You will manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, from client briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding,

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, technology, technical sales, business development or account management.
• Interest in technology recruitment and willingness to develop specialist market knowledge.
• Ability to understand technical hiring requirements and communicate with hiring managers.
• Commercial awareness to identify opportunities and grow accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
• Commitment to fair hiring and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their businesses, technology environments and permanent hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, referrals and professional networking.
• Manage the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, including client briefings, candidate sourcing and assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation and placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and enterprise applications through direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping.
• Work with hiring managers to define the technical expertise, experience and relevant qualifications required for each role.
• Assess candidates against job-related requirements, considering their technical skills, relevant achievements and career aspirations.
• Coordinate technical assessments and other job-relevant selection activities with clients.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability, remuneration, hiring requirements and recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees and service terms within company guidelines.
• Support clients and candidates through offer acceptance, notice periods and onboarding, maintaining contact after placement.
• Develop your understanding of technology functions, emerging skills and industry developments to support informed recruitment advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations on client opportunities, candidate referrals and recruitment delivery.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and handle client and candidate information in accordance with applicable requirements and company policies.
• Uphold fair recruitment practices, confidentiality and professional integrity throughout the recruitment process.
