Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, understanding their technology hiring needs.
• Identify new commercial opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Manage full permanent recruitment lifecycle: briefs, sourcing, interviews, offers.
• Build candidate networks across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, cyber, data.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define required expertise and qualifications.
• Coordinate technical assessments and selection activities with clients.
• Provide recruitment advice on remuneration, requirements and processes.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate fees within company guidelines.
• Support clients and candidates through onboarding and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data privacy and integrity.
